The client is a leading company pioneer in developing industry-specific software in Sweden for more then 12 years. They have expertise in automating the system with people-friendly robots. The client came to know about our legacy migration service and expertise in .Net technology, and wanted to partner with us. The purpose was to migrate and implement Microsoft Azure in their existing system.
Business Challenge
The client had an application that serves its end customers by notifying them of any API failure or service unavailability on email or IM and API performance reports. The client wanted us to implement various Azure features and services in that application in form of .NET applications.
Solution Highlights
- Product modernization and enhancement developments in existing application with migration/deployment on Azure cloud.
- Integration of PowerBI with Azure database of migrated application to get visual insights and admin reports of application data
- For end-customers, monthly report generated to get details on APIs availability and performance.
- Setting up of Azure new alert to send Slack notification to end-customers (i.e. pushing Azure alerts to customer’s Slack IM)
- Demo applications created that shows how to consume various Azure features and services. It serves as reference to the client’s in-house development team to implement Azure features / services in their core application. Below are the high-level features of demo application created:
- Consuming Azure blob service for file storage
- Using Azure Redis cache service for data caching
- Sample application in .Net MVC entity framework and repository pattern
- Use Azure ad authentication to authenticate user of web application
- Azure DevOps: Used Azure DevOps with CI/CD pipeline
