With increasing website traffic and demand of their products and services, client was facing challenges in delivering and maintaining the best user experience throughout the search of the product to the payment checkout process for which the client was looking for an expert quality engineering team.
With the frequency and pace of changes to client‘s eCcommerce site, guaranteeing a great customer experience meant that the frequency and volume of testing had to be significantly increased.
