The client wanted to execute a complete test cycle for room booking device with respect to different user stories. They were looking for a solution that would fulfil the needs of organizing perfect meetings in excellent locations.

Conceived with the core objective of automating and optimizing the process of effective collaboration of customers with the meeting experts, we developed an IoT-based meeting management platform that allows easy space reservation for any kind of meeting requirement. The solution displays a list of meeting and event space that can be browsed based on the customer’s preference of amenities, location and type of meeting or event. In order to avail any help on the recommendation for meeting and event space, customers can get connect with online experts and can have a conversation with them in real-time. Customers can request for a quote directly from the meeting experts and can conveniently archive or delete the complete history of conversation at any time.
